Another Company was started by a Dutch product owner and a Ukrainian development team who discovered something special while working together at an e-commerce company.
Despite the distance between Tilburg and Zhytomyr, we built a connection through regular visits, long discussions, cultural curiosity, and plenty of inside jokes. After over a decade of collaboration, wins, losses, and supporting each other through war and personal tragedy, we decided to build something driven by values, not just profit.
